A natural disaster, like the San Diego County firestorms, can be sudden
and overwhelming. It takes a catastrophic toll on lives and property
but also impacts community residents in less obvious ways. It is common
for children and adults who have been through such a traumatic event
to have varied reactions and to experience thoughts and feelings unlike
