Two Projects impacting the SR Community will be discussed at

the Miramar Ranch North Planning Cmttee mtg Tues, Nov 4th at 7pm at the Community Service Center (S/E corner of Cypress Canyon Rd & Scripps-Poway Parkway), will be reviewing the Casa Mira View project, which proposes to build 1,800+ units in a 5-story project on the land north of the Best Buy at Miral Mesa Blvd and Westview Parkway.

the Scripps Ranch Planning Group mtg Thurs Nov 6th at 7pm at the SR Library (Scripps Lake Dr, south of Lake Miramar)...  will be reviewing the Cal Trans Environmental Impact Report for the proposed "Direct Access Ramp" into the I-15's HOV middle lanes, which currently proposes two (2) options from the west (Mira Mesa) side and zero (0) from the east (Scripps Ranch) side of the freeway.

If you would like to understand more about these developments and their impacts on the Scripps Ranch community, and/or weigh in with YOUR thoughts on these... please plan to attend one of the above meetings.

Thanks,

Gordon Boerner
SRCA President
