Scripps Ranch Christian Church (SRCC)
What is different about your church? I am often asked this question. It is not easy to answer, but I will try. When asked to define our fellowship, I always tell this story. One Sunday morning when I asked if anyone had an announcement, Nicholas stood up and turning to the person seated beside him said, "This is my friend, and I brought him to church today."
That was one of the most beautiful moments that I have ever experienced in any church. You see, Nicholas is only 11 years old. When the heartfelt applause died down, I realized that this moment defined not only who we are, but all we could ever hope to be–a sanctuary where you can bring your friends and know that they will be respected and warmly welcomed.
