Scripps-Mesa Bible Church

Jesus died to provide a way for us to enter into a personal relationship with God, creator of heaven and earth. However, many people do not feel connected to God, but rather experience Him as distant and uninvolved. We at Scripps-Mesa Bible Church (SMBC) seek to help people learn to develop a more intimate relationship with God.

We are partnering with Abiding in the Vine to provide a one-day spiritual retreat entitled "Practicing the Presence of God." This retreat will provide tools that will help the participants become more aware of, and feel more connected to, God. The retreat will be Saturday, June 15, from 9:30 am to 3:45 pm at the San Luis Rey Mission in Oceanside. The cost of $25 per person includes retreat booklet, continental breakfast, and buffet lunch. It is open to all interested individuals. To register, call SMBC at 578-4673, or Abiding in the Vine at 586-0630 or visit [www.abidinginthevine.com].

Scripps Ranch Christian Church (SRCC)

Striking out was not an option at our youth group’s rollicking night of bowling and fun. Mason Blue, youth director, braved the lanes with our courageous, enthusiastic kids. A great time was had by all! Watch for upcoming events, open to all teens in our community.

Scripps Ranch Christian Church (SRCC) is a safe place for you and your family to explore and build relationships with God and others who are on the same journey. We want you to experience the sense of acceptance and belonging we have found.

Come be a part of our family. Experience the practical lessons taught by Pastor Bill Hanna and our team of dynamic speakers. Call 442-8802 for details.
