Attention Parents: Sign Up for Football and Cheer!
Scripps Ranch Pop Warner (SRPW) teaches the fundamentals of football and cheer, as well as discipline and teamwork while allowing kids to make new friends. Children ages 5 to 7 can participate in flag football and children ages 7 to 15 years old can participate in tackle football. Our cheer squads are open to children 5 to 15 years old and are a great way to learn team building, as well as prepare them for high school cheer tryouts.
We strongly recommend all participants sign up in the lowest age division possible. A child’s age on or before July 31 is his or her age for the season. We will have teams in divisions ranging from Flag to Varsity. Discounts may apply for returning players who reuse their jerseys as well as siblings.

Congratulations to our 2015 Pee Wee tackle football team who made it to the divisional championship game last season. Our Pee Wee cheer squad placed second in our regional competition and qualified for Nationals for the fourth year in a row!

The National Junior Basketball (NJB) program is designed to introduce, teach, and develop the fundamentals of basketball to our youth and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition. This creates a valuable learning experience for our children.
Scripps Ranch NJB just completed its 18th season with 475 neighborhood boys and girls in grades 3–8 who made up our 48 teams! We are very grateful for our local sponsors—please see the full-page ad on the opposite page—who helped fund and support this year’s league. We would not have been able to provide such a great program without their help.
League play concluded the last weekend in February with our Division 1 tournament, where Teams Daza and Fields were the division champions. Our closing ceremony right after the championship game was a big hit. It included a special guest, former NBA player Jim Brogan.
Our 13 All-Star teams competed in several NJB post-season tournaments through March. As we close another season, we want to thank our players, coaches, parents, and Scripps Ranch High School for making the season such a success!
We look forward to seeing you on the courts next fall! Please contact us at [email protected] or visit www.scrippsranchnjb.org with any questions.
